Meet Pastor Bonn
Hello. I am Pastor Jeff Bonn. I've been an ordained pastor in the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) since 2008. I've served churches in the Lower Peninsula in both long-term and short-term previous calls to ministry in Saginaw, Rogers City, Rose City & Roscommon,
Throughout my calls to ministry, I've lived in Freeland with my family. My sons are grown now and live outside of Michigan. Before ordained ministry I was a mathematician in higher education, so I've been interested in young adult and campus ministry as well as theology relating religion and science/mathematics.
Over the years my hobbies have included musical performance, comic books and related media, disc golf, and kayaking.
I particularly enjoy matching my gifts for ministry with others for the good of God's mission through Christ in our communities.
